3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload documents you do not have the right to share
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI systems
- Share your account with unauthorized users
- Overwhelm our systems with excessive requests
5. AI Analysis Disclaimer
Important: Our AI analysis is provided for informational purposes only. It should not be considered a substitute for professional advice from licensed home inspectors, real estate attorneys, or other qualified professionals.
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all issues will be identified or that our analysis will be error-free. Always consult with qualified professionals before making real estate decisions.
6. Payments and Credits
Report credits are purchased on a pay-per-use basis. New users receive free credits to try the service. Purchased credits do not expire and are non-refundable once used. Refunds for unused credits are provided at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to documents you upload. We retain all rights to our platform, AI systems, and generated reports. You may use generated reports for your business purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealEstateToolkits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
